So-so at best. Stopped in for a quick dinner and ordered a chimechaunga, lots of chicken but not much else, not very appetizing. Service was spotty, probably won't return
I walked in with low expectations which were exceeded. Food was delicious as long as you enjoy cumin.
I love Mexican food. I was super nervous going in and thinking, "I'm in Maine, this has to be the most Americanized Mexican place ever." I got the carne asada, and it was a fantastic plate. I was incredibly impressed. Tasted very, very good, and I'm used to Mexican home cooking. Mega props.
Great food, place is always packed, so a bit of slow service but sometimes worth it.

Great local place to go. The food is always good and you'll most likely get more then you can eat. The margaritas are very good and plenty big enough. If you like Mexican food you will enjoy a meal from here.
We've had queso another restaurant that had the same problem, so maybe it's a local preference, and just us not enjoying it.
The queso had an odd texture and was not consumed past the initial tasting. How does one mess up queso? Idk, it seemed powdery or like a soft cornmeal was an ingredient? Looked like plastic that doesn't harden when cooled?
