Enjoy the theatre but the Weekday Matinee manager is no good. Her two employees got swamped and she hid the whole time while people were getting angry. Poor dudes did their best and had a great attitude.
This place has the massive recliners and assigned seating. You could drive a golf cart in between any of the isles, so coming and going is never an issue if you want a middle seat.
loved it!! You pick out your seat before you buy the tickets. The spacing between the rows are huge. The chairs have foot rests, and recline!! There is a mini table attached that swings back and forth for your food or personal items! Love it! Can't wait to visit up there again! I bought 4 tickets and it was only $38.00! The speakers are incredibly loud. Highly Recommend!!!
I only have one star because there is no zero. Totally upset with this place. Booked tickets online, and the tickets online do not show a theater number so we looked on the board and went to the correct theater. The workers didn't change the board due to short staffing so we missed the first 30 mins of our movie and could not get a refund. We received vouchers to go again. Us 3 live in different towns and with a voucher u cannot reserve 3 seats together. Way to go Regal. You suck.
Like everyone here, I was psyched when they made the theater over with new recliners and general sprucing up. Unfortunately, they haven't maintained the cleanliness. Case in point: last time I went, I dropped my license in the seat crack, and when I reached in to grab it had to push through popcorn and a gob of old chewing gum! As others have mentioned, for the astronomical price Regal charges for movie and snacks, the experience should match it.
Grand scheme it costs a couple bucks more, but is worth every penny. I drive by 3 other theaters to go to this one when I feel like going to a movie.
