He never fixes anything in the building and the bugs are horrible...The fighting the drugs in the building...Does anything get done ??? No....People have keys to your apartment and more then one family can live in one apartment ???
Excellent company and great service.
We found ourselves in a sudden need to find an alternative place to live, which meant buying our own place. Despite the amount of stress involved in the situation, I'd have to say that it was a pleasure to have Sprague & Curtis as our buyer's agent - the company and its employees were very helpful throughout the entire process; they were available to us whenever we needed it, and we felt genuinely cared for. Not very helpful if you're looking to rent. When I asked about referring me to a realtor who does have rental properties, as having just moved to the area, the chat disconnected without saying goodbye. Rude and when I do get ready to purchase my home, it won't be through them.
