Best place to get shoes
wear off in less than 5 months, again these were reccomened to me as being "the best" for my job and standing and walking on concrete.
Amazing shoes and service. After my first visit there three years ago, it is now the only place I buy my shoes.

(Lamey-Wellehan) They warranteed the boots (last time) because they said it was a defect and shouldn't ware out like that. So in the last 4 months still at my same job the boots have worn out again. So I go in today thinking I will get help, and this lady doesn't even give me the time of day to explain my situation. She pulled up my previous exchange and basically said "No I'm not going to help you. You got the life out of them." If I would have known "the best" Keens recommend to me weren't going to hold up I wouldn't have spent the money on them. I came in today just looking for new boots and help with my current situation on why they are in this condition. I was not given the chance as she saw me and said "you AGAIN?" I will buy my $369 Chippewa Boots elsewhere.
Service was great
I Had terrible service today. A lady name Georgette was very rude from the beginning. I came in with a situation with my Keen work boots and in the middle of explaining she cuts me off and continues while talking over me. Giving me attitude and shortness while trying to explain my situation with my shoes wearing out before they should. Mind you this has happened before and the staff has been very helpful in finding me "the best" shoes in exchange. I would end up having to pay the difference which is great. (I have not seen Georgette before today -Too bad) I have never had a problem. I bought $240 Keen work boots that had the treads
