Save yourself the headache and book online. Michele at the Waterville office set up a vacation for us months ago. Took our deposit and our credit card for reservations. Told us the plane tickets could increase in price until they were paid in full but the hotel was reserved. Fast forward several months and our package price was $2000 more. Plane tickets only increased by $50 each. She talked in circles about the added cost, trying to say airfare went up, we misunderstood the pricing, the hotel won't go down on price...etc. If our rooms were reserved months ago like they should have been, the price should not have changed. She gave us attitude, gave her boss attitude on the phone and at one point even rolled her eyes at us for asking about the added expenses. Tried to put the fault on us instead of explaining what she messed up on (I'm still not sure what she did) So here we are 2 months from flying out, trying to plan our own vacation.
