Dealer quality service and professionalism, but at an affordable price. Always pleased with the repairs done on both my Toyota and Subaru through Charlie's! I've been going to both locations for about 5 years. Lots of familiar faces - much of their staff have remained through my 5 years of service here... and they are definitely knowledgeable.

Sadly, I have to rate them one star after having a lot of success with them in the past, I cannot say the same this time around. I had purchased my last 2 cars from them but with the last car, I was treated very poorly. When I have gone in for service and went to the show room the sales manager would not even look up from this desk. The sales people were very rude. (My sales person was not rude however) When I asked any questions about trading in my car or any cars they had in stock, it was addressed like it was truly a bother to them and they did not want to take their time to even show me any potential options or pricing. After several attempts to try and have them work with me and feeling like I was being brushed off to the side, I went to another dealership which was MORE than happy to work with my situation, locate the car I wanted (color and everything) and be under my budget. The service department at Charlie's has always amazing but their sales department has defiantly gone down in quality in the past 3 years. I feel the customer no longer is a priority and that is fine, because there are plenty of other dealers who like I said were very willing to work with me and did not find doing a numbers work sheet would be such a hassle and worth my business. I guess they sell enough cars and make enough that my sale wasn't worth it to them. I'm very disappointed In Charlie's Toyota. In the end the other dealer received my business, most likely many people I know and repeat business in the future.
I've been screwed over by Charlie's Toyota and Honda dealerships. Multiple times! I loved when I went to go trade in my car on 8/9/16!! Charlie's Toyota that I remind you this is where I first bought my car the manager himself went up to me and said whoever sold you this car really screwed you over. I pause for a moment and looked at him and said you're the one who sold me this car!!!! The response I got from the manager said I didn't see our sticker on the car? I told the manager he can look it up in his files that my car was here!!!! After that the manager didn't really say too much to me!!! They still won't give me a good trade in on my car even though they are the ones who admitted to screwing me over!!!! so when you think about buying a car just remember they're probably going to screw you over and if you scrape the sticker off your car that says Charlie's Toyota they'll probably admit it straight to your face!!!
I have bought 8 vehicles at Charlies over the last 20 years. Always friendly, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. They have always treated me better than other dealerships on price. I needed a specific vehicle they searched and found exactly what I was looking for had it shipped here and made the process so easy.
The service is always excellent, but yesterday's was exceptional! I locked my keys, purse and phone in the car and had to borrow a phone to call Charlie's. It was almost closing time, but the receptionist said she'd have someone to come help me out. Before too long, Doug, the service manager, showed up on his way home and unlocked my door in seconds! Thank you to Doug and the whole Charlie's team for going the extra mile!
