GEvolution is a terrific EXPERIENCE, not just a gym, as many of the other reviewers have mentioned. Not only are Rick & Gina incredibly high-energy, inventive, and fun in designing their workouts, but they've done an amazing job of creating a real community at GEvolution. I was blown away my first time there by how friendly everyone was and that great energy has continued as we've participated as a group in 5Ks, parades and community service projects!
I have been part of GEvolution Fitness for the past year. When they say it is "more than just a gym" it is the complete truth. Gina & Rick have built an awesome place to work out. The small work out groups are the best for me because everytime I go, Gina has a completely different workout set for the group, you never get bored, which I love. All ages, all abilities, yet everyone is consistently becoming stronger and better than they were before they walked through their doors! :) Highly recommend!

Have only been a part of this terrific gym for about 2 months. It is just what I needed! The workouts are infectious, the energy contagious, and the experience enlivening! After the very first workout I felt truly alive. This is more than a gym. There are no strangers here; only truly powerful women working together to "empower, embrace, evolve and emerge!"
Committing to myself and joining GEvolution is one of the best decisions that I've ever made! I've had the privilege of being part of this culture for just over a year now. I'm currently attending small group sessions and a weekly semi-private session. Everyone here is extremely supportive. Due to surgery & recovery, I've required some level of modification during my time working with Gina but it has never been an issue...she is very supportive, knowledgeable and flexible. Had I NOT walked in the door to meet her in April 2014, I can't image where I'd be right now (oh wait..I know!...I'd be on the couch!). Please do yourself a huge favor and check this place out!
