Friendly atmosphere. Has most things you'd expect from a gym. Good value.
It's a fitness barn. Crazy busy at peak hours. Otherwise, it has a decent albeit not terribly imaginative selection of fitness machines and free weights. Unfortunately for me the tower machines are the 6' size not seven so I can't quite exercise my full range of motion since the top of the machine is a few inches below my under 6' frame.
Decent gym. Needs new equipment and better TV's for cardio

My family would not recommend this gym. Way too many policies in place restricting practically everything that makes a "Gym" a gym. You can't "grunt" you can't look at your muscles in the mirror, you can't lift too much weight. Some of the employees take out their attitude towards their customers, long time customers such as my family. We have been bringing a friend for the past few months but just informed today that he cannot be here due to a "policy" that states he must have a membership or be with a legal guardian who has a membership. Why they didn't approach us with this sooner is beyond me. If anything sign up for a real gym without all the basic characters of a gym stripped. I wouldn't even call this place a gym!
